A project for a large utility organization – FileNet Content Management Based solution allows 300 + engineers and staff to access engineering drawings and project files both locally and across the web.  Century provided a turnkey solution, including presales assistance with defining requirements and design.  Our specialists managed the entire project, including the hardware and software implementation, the custom programming, the system integration, and the ongoing support.  Our scanning team completed a 3 million-page backfiles for project records and oversized drawings.

A project for a third utility organization – FileNet Content Management application to facilitate gathering, routing and approval of accounts payable invoices.  Three hundred approvers can now review and approve digitized AP invoices via their web-based FileNet application. 

A project for a higher-education organization - Electronic Student Records application and back-file of existing paper-based student transcripts.

A project for a large financial institution - FileNet Document Management custom programming.  Previously implemented FileNet-based web application providing 300 + users access to commercial and consumer loan files via web client.  Century converted over 1 million paper documents into the system within a 60-day period.
